Forest Therapy Session

Forest Therapy Session
Description
Forest therapy, also known as shinrin-yoku or forest bathing, is a practice that involves immersing oneself in nature, particularly forests, to promote physical and mental health. It works by engaging multiple senses to deepen the connection with the natural environment, which can lead to increased health benefits. Each session runs from 10:00-12:00 We meet at the Japanese Gulch Trail Head located at 1199 19th St, Mukilteo, WA. We will be in the forest for two hours so bring a water bottle. We will end the session with tea and snacks so please let me know if you have food allergies. I will provide sit stools, but if you’d like to sit on the ground you are welcome to bring a towel or whatever else to make you feel comfortable.
