FAMILIES IN THE FOREST CLASSES

FAMILIES IN THE FOREST CLASSES
FOR A CHILD AND THEIR CAREGIVER
Join us for where curiosity leads the way!
Designed for children ages 2–4 and their caregivers, this engaging program invites you to explore the Mukilteo Community Garden and Japanese Gulch through science-based activities and hands-on outdoor play.
Each class begins with themed learning stations that spark creativity and encourage early development. Little explorers can practice fine motor skills, dive into sensory play, and build foundational math and literacy skills — all while having fun. After station time, we’ll gather for circle time and head out on a short hike filled with games, storytelling, and deeper exploration of the week’s theme.
It’s a wonderful way to connect with nature, nurture your child’s curiosity, and enjoy meaningful time together outdoors.
