What’s Happening?
Come to the inaugural meeting of Fern & Feather, a support group for women. This is a gathering of women in the same stage of life who share similar interests. Other than women helping women, there is no agenda. We can talk about our worries or things that make us laugh while we're together. Let's see where the evening leads us.
Why “Fern & Feather?”
Because they are light and delicate, ferns and feathers are symbolic of womanhood. Feathers are believed to offer wisdom and guidance, while ferns are believed to possess magical and healing qualities. When it comes to women, this dual symbolism is appropriate. They are capable of being wise, yet vulnerable. Strong, yet gentle. Independent, yet nurturing.
Who’s invited?
Mother’s of all ages and women entering perimenopause. Space is limited so reserve your spot.
What to bring?
Alcohol free drinks and snacks will be offered. You are welcome to bring another snack to share.
